We use a service that keeps track of malicious websites and domain names. The filtering blocks these websites before you can ever access them. We can also block certain categories like advertisements and pornography.

We use 256-bit encryption. Very Secure.

We can bill you $5 for an additional 250 GB. If you need more, we can quote a better rate because we get a better rate.

Viruses and malware take advantage of security holes in Windows. It is better to patch those holes than just hoping your antivirus will catch it.

Just like Windows, these have security problems. Malware could infect your system if left un-patched.

• Any maintenance that might be needed on your computer. This might include:
  • Virus removal, Hard drive failure, OS Reload, Driver Updates, Tune up, Hardware replacement
• It does not cover any new task. For instance:
  • Upgrading computer, upgrading Windows, installing new software

It is for the labor of anything not covered by maintenance. Maybe you need us to come to your home to install a new router. You will get 10% off your labor.

Unfortunately, no. We do have Business plans that include 24/7 support.

• Services are billed and emailed monthly on the first.
• A credit or debit card is required for monthly billing.
• Annual payments can be paper invoiced.

Parts are not included. If we need to replace a failed part, you only pay for the part.
