Parts purchased through Ingram Technology have a 30 day exchange only warranty. Customers can request a full refund, but it will be at the digression of management and the type of part returning. Special order parts are non-refundable. Customers that receive a refund will pay a 20% restocking fee.

Custom Built Computers

Customers can return a computer within 7 days of purchase for a refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee.

Software

There is no refund on any software that is open and/or installed.

Used Parts & Computers

There is a 7 day exchange warranty on all used parts. No cash refunds.

Website & Email Hosting

Ingram Computer Services offers a 15 day money back guarantee for anyone not completely satisfied with our website hosting services. This does not include any setup or design fees which are non-refundable. Service must be canceled with the first fifteen days of signup. To cancel the service, please email service@ingramtechnology.com or call us (931) 542-9327 with at least 30 days notice.
