Remote Monitoring

We are constantly monitoring your workstations and servers. This insures your systems are running correctly by looking for problems before they become a problem.

Asset Tracking

Not only do we track your servers and workstations, we track all the hardware components inside your computer. We also track all the software installed. ICS will also scan your network, tracking all devices connected.

LOB Applications

ICS will assist directly with Line-Of-Business (LOB) applications such as QuickBooks. We talk directly to the vendor so there is none of the “Blame Game.” This way, you don’t have to be on the phone talking to someone you don’t understand.

(Valid support contract must be maintained with LOB vendor)
