If the problem is malware or viruses, we may need to scan the computer several times. We perform online and offline scans of your hard drive. Depending on how much is on your hard drive determines the speed of the scan.
If you require replacement parts it will depend on what we have in stock and what we might need to order. Specialty parts can take anywhere from 2-3 day. We have seen that some hard to find parts can only be obtained from venders in China. That can take 4-6 weeks.
