If we did not fix your problem you will need to let us know within 14 days of picking up your computer or when we complete an onsite service call.
We cannot guarantee against viruses or malware since we do not and cannot monitor how you use your computer.
Parts we sell are warrantied for 30 day through us. Most parts come with a 1 year warranty through the manufacturer. We will be happy to send the defective part back to the manufacturer after the 30 day period, however you will be charged the shipping cost.
